Oct 21: Community Event – Experience the United States Constitution… Recited by Memory
In these days of a political season with election day around the corner, how much of the United States Constitution do we know? We have the opportunity to hear it recited by the memory of Bill Zepeda , an ESL faculty member of South Mountain Community College. While dressed in appropriate Revolutionary Era costume and accompanied by Patriotic music, Mr. Zepeda will favor the Vail community with the recitation.
Last summer, Bill recited the Declaration of Independence from memory in a number of locations across the Southwest and in California. This past Summer, Bill gave performances of his dramatic reading of the U.S. Constitution as far away as Philadelphia, the birthplace of our Nation’s Charter.
