Vail Jingle Trail 5K Run/Walk and Santa’s Little Helper 1K – Encourage your kids to be active and physically fit…and have fun doing it. Run or walk together as a family in tomorrow’s 5K on Cienega’s campus. There’s even a special 1K race for the kiddos with ribbons and holiday treats for all finishers. Come listen to the holiday music, enjoy refreshments, and run in the perfect winter weather. The race begins at 9 a.m. Find more info here.

Sycamore’s Pancake Breakfast and Craft Fair – Enjoy a pancake breakfast at Sycamore Elementary School’s campus for only $3. While you’re there, peruse craft booths, pick up unique holiday gifts, and visit Santa Claus. The event runs from 7 a.m. to noon. Find more information here.

Mesquite’s Breakfast with Santa – Eat breakfast with Santa and his Elves this Saturday morning between 8 and 11 a.m. The breakfast is only $7 per family, $5 per couple, or$3 per person. While you’re there, buy a gift from Santa’s Gift Shop, peruse the books from the Scholastic Book Fair, or get your picture taken with Santa (only $1). Cienega’s Hoot’ N’ Anny Chili Cook-Off – Stop by the Cienega High School Dining Auditorium between 5 and 8 p.m. for a chicken dinner, a chili cookoff, a silent auction, games, and more.
