Need Volunteers? Contact the Cienega Key Club!

cienega-key-club-officers.JPGDo you need volunteers for your community event or nonprofit organization? Never fear! The Cienega High School Key Club is here!

The 20+ members of the Cienega Key Club are looking for opportunities to serve the Vail community in the upcoming months.

Alex Donaldson, a junior at CHS and Vice President of the Key Club, said that the purpose of the club is “to help out in the community and to volunteer our services to anyone who needs them.”

Trey Maples, the Key Club President and a senior at CHS, pointed out that the club has been involved in several big projects already this year, but they’re also looking for new opportunities, “So far, we’ve assembled desks at the district office and helped out a foster home. We also have a toy drive going on and we’re planning to go to the community food bank in the near future.”

Maples said that the club is open to all kinds of projects because they “really want to make a difference with lots of people.”

If you have a project that could benefit from the assistance of bright and energetic young people, contact Advisor Aimee Rogers at rogersa@vail.k12.az.us or at 520-879-2911.
