Do you need to update your beneficiary?
To change your beneficiary with the District:
Go to mvp.vail.k12.az.us and log in.
You will find the beneficiary tab under Employee Resources/Beneficiaries.
1. To change an existing beneficiary, check the magnifying glass on the left side of the beneficiary name.
2. To add a new beneficiary, click Add Beneficiary at the bottom of the table.
To update your beneficiary with Arizona State Retirement:
Go to www.azasrs.gov and log in to your account.
If you would rather, you can complete ASRS Beneficiary Form and fax directly to ASRS.
