Congratulations to Kathleen McNaboe, special education coordinator for the Vail School District, who received the Outstanding Administrator Award through the National Council for Exceptional Children for 2012. The award honors educators who have made significant contributions to special education programs and activities at the local, state, and national/international level over an extended period of time.
